The text of the article reads in part... "Burrageara Nelly Isler grows 
vigorously and flowers freely throughout the year. It has since been 
patented, cloned in Holland and produced by the hundreds of thousands around 
the world."
I will admit that I did not know that orchids are patented. Country by 
country or worldwide? For ten years? Anyone have expertise in this area?
