Hi,
may be you meet in your scientific life something like this plant... A  
friend studing in the forest (monkeys) met the plant you can see in  
the link. As you can see he writes about Amorphophallus but I am  
confident he is completely wrong. Can you help him recognise the  
strange plant? If not never mind as this question is completely off  
topic!
