new plant [Pleurothallis anfracta]"

The name was published in Monographs in Systematic Botany from the Missouri
Botanical Garden 52 [Icones Pleurothallidinarum XI, 1994]: 92.

Luer indicates that the species, "terrestrial on lightly shaded slopes",
was collected in Colombia [Deparment of Tolima] at an altitude of 1500 m.

That would indicate that your plant would require intermediate conditions
[between 18 and 30° C].

A photo of the species has been published in the
Orchid Digest, Jul.-Sep. 2007, page 180.

The species was renamed Kraenzlinella anfracta (Luer) Luer :
see
Monographs in Systematic Botany from the Missouri Botanical Garden 95: 258.
2004.
