a short follow-up to my question above: What I referred to as 'Spiky Star' is a model by Paolo Bascetta & it's called 'Stella 3'... & more-better ;) is that diagrams to it are available in Paolo's wonderful book 'Origami 51 Modelli' on page 58-59!!
