Hi all, I’ve had a website since 2004 and every few years the urge to redo it proves overwhelming. Last year, I engaged a company to help redesign the then-current incarnation (whose deficiencies were glaring, at least to me), and after many months of iteration and a bunch of work on both our parts, the newest incarnation, version 5.0, is now live:
http://langorigami.com There’s some new material on it that wasn’t on the old site, but the main focus of the redesign was (a) to show off the work better, and (b) to make it much easier to find things people were interested in. Also, it should work on any screen size: it’s “mobile-responsive,” meaning it should even work OK on smartphones (though since the work is primarily visual, at tablet-sized screen is still recommended). So, please take a look, explore, and let me know what you think. Now that I’ve got a pretty robust framework, I plan to add more material (more artwork photos, crease patterns, and exhibition photos) in the coming weeks and months. Best regards, Robert
