Actually, I hadn’t considered it. David Lister wrote about ‘Origami Dokuhon: 2’ as “Published by Kamakura Shobo in 1986 (with) ISBN no. 4 - 308 - 00400 - 4,” but the two copies I have available note ISBNs with 4821604094, which are both different from Heian’s 0893468444. Interestingly, these books also show first editions were printed in 1998! All this time, it was Heian right under my nose?Thanks!
