A couple of days ago the Nobel Prize in Chemistry was awarded to three scientists, two of whom used an AI model, AlphaFold2, to determine the structure of all human proteins. And today, the Nobel Peace Price was awarded to the Nihon Hidankyo, a Japanese social movement organization, for its efforts to achieve a world free of nuclear weapons.
