Sample Session Bean - Communication error

I've followed your sample session bean example (atleast I thought I did) and
am getting this error:

Communication error: Cannot instantiate class:
com.evermind.server.rmi.RMIInitialContextFactory

I have rmi enabled in my server config.

Can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong?  How can I tell if my EJB was
successfully deployed?
