admin.jar -bindWebApp

I am trying to use admin.jar to bind a web app, I do something like
this:
 
java -jar admin.jar ormi://localhost admin pass -bindWebApp appName
web default-web-site /Web
  
And I get the following message:
 
Error: java.lang.NullPointerException
 
Any Ideas ?
