Library path.

Hi People,   The /config/application.xml defines a general library path for the Server.    <library path="../lib" /> Is it possible to: 1) Add to this. If so what is the syntax? (';' as a path separator within the same quotes?) 2) I would like to have custom lib paths for each app. Can this be done?
