ATM wap application

Hi,
 
I have added an application /atmwap to
/orion/applications and used phone.com (US.SDK) to
test it. In the phone information console display
HTTP GET Request: HTTP://LOCALHOST/atmwap
 
cache hit: {
                 
<HTTP://LOCALHOST/http//localhost/atmwap/login.jsp>
                }
 
It does not work. Anyone can help me to set it up
properly.
