EJBQL is one of a couple recent controversies in the EJB spec expert
group from what I hear. The 2.0 spec isn't final, and there's no point
in implementing EJBQL if it's going to get ripped out. There are some
issues with EJBQL and dependent objects being discussed pretty late in
the game for the 2.0 spec.
