Does 1.4.5 crash too often??

Hi Guys,

great to see 1.4.5 out that too as a stable version. But i am trying the newer version 
and the server crashed atleast 10 times for no reason at all on
NT 4. Has anybody else experienced the same problem. Server is on NT 4.0 using Oracle 
8 Enterprise Edition as database backend.
