Possible Orion performance tip

Using MS Web App Stress Tool, I noticed my Request per Second rate drop
significantly, ..although I could see no real reason why.
Today, several days after the fact, I recalled changing the web-site.xml
file
from host="xx.xx.xx.xx" to host="[ALL]" (..for quick deployment on several
machines).
It turns out that host="[ALL]" slows things down from, say 240 RPS, down to
130 RPS.
I think that's significant enough to share with all.
