No, it contains no encryption or encryption code.  It's a regular expression
and text processing library.  I vaguely recall answering this for you
once in the past, but I may be remembering someone else.  We recommend
that you upgrade to version 2.0.6 as it includes a number of fixes for
problems (albeit ones you may never run into) discovered in earlier
