There is no build-oro.xml in version 2.0.6 and there is no chmod directive in the 2.0.6 release or latest build.xml. Please follow the directions at http://jakarta.apache.org/oro/bugs.html before reporting a bug through bugzilla. Air potential bugs on oro-dev first, otherwise you're simply wasting our time.
