Three comments: 1. PerlTools is unsupported. You should upgrade to jakarta-oro (http://jakarta.apache.org/oro/) as indicated on the download page you are referring to. 2. The error you are reporting is from your Squid Web proxy and is not within my control to resolve. Try setting your Web browser to not use a proxy. 3.
