Summary: PermitRootLogin reference w/o context

Initial Comment:
in section 5.7 of the 2002-02-27 "How to Install an
OSCAR Cluster" pdf, it makes a reference to setting
PermitRootLogin to yes, but doesn't provide the context
of where this variable is, or what it is for.  likely
confusing for novices.

This comes up on the mailing list (2003-08-08).

Documentation should be fixed and maybe the FAQ updated.

Alternatively, some code should check that this variable
"PermitRootLogin=yes" is present in the /etc/ssh/config file
and then remove the mention of this configuration in the
documentation.
