Okay, I have added this functionality. To do so, I had to add a "File" pulldown menu to the main Opder window. There's a menu selection "Additional Repositories..." which pops up a new window where you can enter URLs of OSCAR repositories, one per line. There's also a checkbox that allows you to use those URLs exclusively (ignoring the usual OSCAR repositories). If not checked, it uses those URLs in addition to the usual OSCAR repositories.
It's pretty bare bones, but it gets the job done. I did some basic tests (since I don't really have any other URLs to test) and it seemed to work. Please inform me of any bugs you find.
