Summary: kernel_picker missing perl module
Initial Comment:
Under RH9, the kernel_picker now fails to install
because of a missing Initrd::Generic perl module.

Added "Autoreq: 0" to the .spec file so as not to generate a
requirement for perl(Initrd::Generic). (RedHat 9's rpmbuild
auto-generates perl requirements from "use" statements,
where RedHat 8.0's rpmbuild does not.) The requirement for
Initrd::Generic is handled by requiring systemconfigurator
anyway.

This belongs to Terry, not Jeremy...
It's due to a packaging change in SIS stuff...
