The problem arrises because ntpconfig has 'ntp' in its config.xml rpmlist. Thus, when you deselect ntpconfig, it thinks that it shouldn't install ntp. What I need is some way to have ntpconfig depend on ntp ONLY IF you are INSTALLING it. If you are not installing ntpconfig, then do whatever the system would normally do, but not necessarily UNinstall ntp.
