Category: Installation Group: 2.4 Status: Open Resolution: None Priority: 9 Submitted By: Terry Fleury (tfleury) Assigned to: Terry Fleury (tfleury) Summary: kernel_picker post_clients fails if bad user input Initial Comment: I had put in error checking to 'fall back' to a safe condition if the user had entered bad information for the loadable modules. However, the final 'if' statement is missing a critical comparsion operator (eq) and kernel_picker runs with bad values. This is a VERY easy fix that I will commit as soon as the release manager gives me permission. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- >Comment By: Jeff Squyres (jsquyres) Date: 2003-11-25 15:08 Message: Logged In: YES user_id=11722 More specifically -- we're going to cut b7 TONIGHT (25 Nov 2003). If you can get it in by 9-10pm-ish tonight, that would be great. Otherwise, it'll have to wait until post 3.0 (assuming that this is the last 3.0 beta -- cross your fingers!). ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Comment By: Jeff Squyres (jsquyres) Date: 2003-11-25 14:35 Message: Logged In: YES user_id=11722 Great -- please commit ASAP. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- You can respond by visiting: https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&atid=109368&aid=844953&group_id=9368 ------------------------------------------------------- This SF.net email is sponsored by: SF.net Giveback Program.
