It wasn't actually the LAM RPM that had the upgrading problem, but the lam-oscar-modulefile RPM. I've done a few things:

- Committed new version of LAM (7.0.6)
- Fixed the RPM upgrade problem
- Used a new, fundamentally simple modulefile scheme (which will be
  unnecessary when LAM 7.1 is released)

We still need to resolve what to do about the libaio problem -- the OSCAR conference and my travels last week got in the way of deciding what to do. Let's put it on the agenda for tomorrow's call; later this week, I'll try to do whatever the group decides.
