The XML::Simple module is installed on MDK 10 with the rpm Ben linked. But it has the following different error.
--> Copying oda-1.30-5.noarch.rpm to /tftpboot/rpm
--> Installing ODA RPMs MySQL MySQL-client perl-DBI perl-Mysql perl-Data-ShowTable perl-ExtUtils-PerlPP oda MySQL-common libmysql12 perl-CGI
