Initial Comment: Don't know if anyone else has ever seen this or not, but occassionally as I've been adding/removing packages all day... I'll suddently see the output window stop progressing in the middle of things. ps reveals several python2 processes, a couple of them defunct. tee is also defunct. This hasn't happened enough times for me to zero in on whether it's tee or c3 or what, but I thought I should post. The wizard window also doesn't refresh until I hit a ctrl+c.
