I think at least nobody disagrees with the name (mta-config) of the new 
package.
So, I will check-in the package tonight (11/23) assuming that everyone 
is happy with the new name. ;-)

Excellent name.  However, me being lazy, I'd advocate 
"mta-config" so that you don't have to hit <shift> while 
typing the name.  ;-)
