I check the configurations
of my other fc2 boxes and the configuration
on oscarimage, they are owned by
root. So I guess a short fix would
be:
1. cexec 'chown -R ntp:ntp
/etc/ntp'
2. chown -R ntp:ntp
/var/lib/systemimager/images/oscarimage/etc/ntp
