Hi Fernando:

What you need to do is to modify the file:

oscar/docs/installation/release-notes.tex to make it consistent with the README 
file you have.

If you have issues modifying that file, I can help you do that.

P.S. You probably want to change the title to Red Hat Enterprise Linux 3 (AS) 
since that is the only one we are supporting currently
