I think I fixed the MANPATH issue.

I tested it by installing my new RPM into an already-installed system (the new RPM name is modules-default-manpath-oscar*rpm) and it seemed to do the trick. I do not currently have the resources to test this during an OSCAR install.

The next time someone does an install (no real rush), let me know if this works out. If you do a "module list", you should see modules-default-manpath-oscar listed, and you should be able to get all the normal man pages ("man man", "man ls", etc.) -- the $MANPATH should be pretty full.
