I've already got the code to do that, i.e., ditch tftp-hpa and use the native tftp-server in the trunk. Perhaps it's time to take that patch.

PS: I can help myself with installing the tftp-server rebuilt from the
RHEL3 SRPM, but that doesn't seem to be the current strategy of the
oscar-developers...(?)
