eth0 is the port I'm now using.

port or the one you're now using?   FWIW, SystemConfigurator will choose
the first device on the bus (see lspci) as eth0--this can sometimes not
be your preference.

I haven't really done any testing yet, but I was able to finish all of
the steps without further error.  I'll keep you posted.

OK

Now I just have to figure out why xfs is hogging a whole CPU on the
nodes...
