[Oscar-devel] mpiBLAST package for OSCAR 4.2.1

Hello.  I have been working on an OSCAR package for mpiBLAST.  I have only been able to test on CentOS 4.1 and 4.2 i386, though x86_64 RPMs are included.  It would be great if someone could test on CentOS/RHEL 4 x86_64 as well as other distros if possible.   You can install the package via OPD from http://oscar-devel.cs.usd.edu/repository/4.2   This package will work with PackageInUn only with OSCAR 4.2.1.  I don’t think it will work on 4.2.     Doug Jennewein Research Analyst Department of Computer Science University of South Dakota Vermillion, SD 57069 (605) 677-5388 (605) 677-6662 (fax) [EMAIL PROTECTED]
