A user from IRC wanted the tarball for oscar-debian, I tried to build it

I think this was fixed in trunk but perhaps not in your Debian branch?
Do you think you can port the fix over?
The tarball ends up being pretty huge (600MB) - it contains a lot of Red
Hat binaries which you probably don't need - perhaps you can remove them
as well?
Lastly, can you update the dist/VERSION so that it's obvious that the
tarball is for oscar-debian? Because right now the tarball is just
named oscar-4.2b1svn... maybe it should be oscar-4.2b1debian or
something like that.
