You can use symbolic links right now.

And having the repositories in another path can be controlled by using the
.url files instead of repositories. This is poorly tested but intended to
work. So OSCAR is just expecting to find
/tftpboot/distro/centos-4-i386 or /tftpboot/distro/centos-4-i386.url,
the real location of data is up to you.
