Hi Ted:

The start_over script is currently not perfect, for instance if your ODA
(OSCAR Database) is not populatd yet or if for some reason you lose the
data, then the script will fail miserably, because it depends on
yume-opkg which in turn depends on the database being populated with
sane data.

Perhaps with your help, we can make the script more powerful.
