The exact error message, I'm sorry I don't remember -- but it takes about 15 
minutes to go through the entire list of possible boot clients then it fails -- 
it would previously zip through that list, find the default, and start 
installing. (I found a couple of other people who described the problem in the 
archive, but there were never solutions -- one guy described it then followed 
up saying it was now working but didn't explain.)

Here is the folders -- note that I am currently installing node 15 (0xF) so I 
assume that is why there are entries for all the other nodes, but none yet for 
my new one (so it picks up the default)
