no, Bernard, this time I believe you're wrong :-)

I did rebuild the package in a system with a complete OSCAR installation - if you take a look at the test script that originated this message you'll see that it tries to execute a script (ompi_info), and return this message if it does not encounter a certain line (that is parsed). However, the same error message is used if the script for some reason can't be executed (in my case, because openmpi's directory wasn't in the PATH of the environment).

If I execute that ompi_info script manually, I can see in the output the component it's looking for (tm).
