I can no longer re-produce the DHCP issue on fc6-i386, perhaps you can
pastebin your oscarinstall.log(s) and /etc/dhcpd.conf so that I can
have a look?

So basically your node tries to network boot, but it could not find a
dhcp server, correct?  Is dhcpd running?
