Hi Bernard, Nice document!! I like it. BTW, the oda password file does not really need to be backed up because it can be reset anytime and the new password should work whenever it is reset.
Try to remove /etc/odapw or delete the contents of /etc/odapw and then run install_cluster. You will see that it will still work. (Of course, if you change its entry manually, oda would not work.) This behavior does not look working properly but this is what we have got. On the second thought, if a user knows root's password, the password of the oscar database user "oscar" is not so critical. For the section "Restoring OSCAR", I would like to list up the items that a user needs to follow by numbering the items in order. (BTW, trac wiki does not support <ol> thing?
