It is more an issue of it not being clear what the process is.  You
have been very prompt and accommodating in making accounts for whoever
wanted them, as far as I am aware anyway, that is not an issue.

I have not worked with many other Open Source groups so maybe it is
standard practice to go on the devel list and say "hey, I want to
code, what can I do?".  If thats the case then we are doing ok, just
because not too many people say that just reflects our "niche" status.

I am mainly just thinking out loud, seeing if anyone is listening ;)
