(In [5815]) I hope this check-in resolves the issue of the automatic
installation
of pgsql. Please try to install oscar with the following option to see
if postgresql is working fine and how many distros can work with
postgresql if you guys have time. refs #306

where eth0 needs to be replaced with your NIC.
