Here it is. I've just released a v.0.1 version of opkgc. You can download it,
waiting for a better place:

It includes:
- opkgc
- opkgc doc: supposed to explain how opkgc works, but it's not really
finished. Did not seem to me to be the most urgent.
- man opkgc
- man opkg: The new opkg API.
- opkg-convert: to convert your existing opkg to the new format.
I did not have many feedback regarding new opkg API, so I hope it will fit.
