I don't believe anyone is working in that direction at the moment, but
the code is there in case anyone was interested in working on it.

We had discussed this on a teleconference at some point a while back
in my memory and I believe at the time there was no great interest in
recoding the gui into Qt for its own sake.

I think someone at oak ridge is working on the gui in some fashion at
the moment, but I don't know the details.
