At the very least you would have to fix the /etc/hosts files on all the nodes.

Also, you need to push the new /root/.ssh keys to the nodes.  Those
files are not shared.

OSCAR probably knows the host name though, and it might cause problems later.
Internally it mostly uses the aliases it adds, like nfs_oscar and whatnot.
I would think if the /etc/hosts file are right it will probably work.
