In the config.xml file contains a pkg version tag that contains a > sign, opkgc
generates a bad spec file.
instead of "Requires: ganglia-gmond >= 3.0.6", it generates
"Requires: ganglia-gmond 3.0.6" which is wrang an leads to require the exact
version instead on a newer or equal version to 3.0.6.
<pkg version=">=3.0.6" >ganglia-gmond</pkg>
=> Intalling a more recent version of ganglia-gmond fails.
