I can't help you that much on ubuntu as I don't use this distro (and never used
any .deb based distro).
Though, I know that perl-Qt is used at least for netbootmgr. The puic command
is used. Maybe you could search for one of the following commands: puic or
pqtapi or pqtsh and then update perl-Qt in ubuntu prereqs?
Regarding RHEL6, I'm almost done :-) hopefully tonight or next monday.
