I'm afraid I'm not so lucky:Jose & All,maybe this is a FAQ item since it pops up so often. How to get maui to schedule n jobs on a machine with n cpus? /opt/maui/bin/changeparam NODEACCESSPOLICY SHARED This is effective immediately.
This is qstat's output before issuing the command:
----
# qstat
Job id Name User Time Use S Queue
---------------- ---------------- ---------------- -------- - -----
36.cerebro BA3 jmbs 00:58:58 R workq
37.cerebro BA4 jmbs 0 Q workq
----
and this is after issuing it:
----
# qstat
Job id Name User Time Use S Queue
---------------- ---------------- ---------------- -------- - -----
36.cerebro BA3 jmbs 01:01:03 R workq
37.cerebro BA4 jmbs 0 Q workq
-----
I've also tried "qdel 37", and then resubmitting it as a new process, but the problem persists:
# qstat
-----
Job id Name User Time Use S Queue
---------------- ---------------- ---------------- -------- - -----
36.cerebro BA3 jmbs 01:01:08 R workq
38.cerebro BA4 jmbs 0 Q workq
-----
