Jeremy, Dave,
LUI does not support options on the RPM command, directly. But if you
look at /usr/local/lui/bin/clone, line 584, it reads like this:
system ("$RPM -r /mnt -ihv $list");
So, if someone wanted to add flags to the RPM command, they just have
to modify this one line and put any flags they want, or they could put a
test around the RPM command, and just add flags for a single RPM.
I'm not sure everyone is aware, we plan to replace LUI as the oscar
installer in the not-so-distant future, and as a result we're not adding
any features to LUI. Otherwise, it would be easy to add RPM flags as input
to LUI somewhere, and we could issue the RPM command with the user flags.
When the new installer comes to pass (SIS, for System Installation Suite),
you'll be able to modify the image right on the server using the RPM
command directly, using any flags you like -- so this requirement will be
addressed in the next iteration of the installer.
regards, Rich

Hi Dave-
I'm not sure what to do here, as I don't think LUI supports flags on the
rpm command.
LUI folks- Any suggestions?
Jeremy
