Be aware that PBS never explicitly launches your "dot" files.
For example, if you "qsub -I" to launch interactive jobs, PBS will *not*
run your .tcshrc file.
If you have a shell script, on the other hand, and qsub that, the shell
interpreter should process your "dot" files as advertised (see your
respective shell man page to see exactly what happens -- bash, for
example, has a very complex set of rules about which "dot" files are
processed and which are not).
