Title: rsync error after re-booting nodes.

I am making some good progress with oscar.2003.01.22.1000 tarball. When Re-booting my nodes in pxe the following happen.

1- I get DHCP and corresponding IP address.
2- Default.cfg is loaded.
3- When the kernel starts, it pings image server with response (we have connectivity to the image server).
4- then I get the following error right after (We have Connectivity to the image server)

start_syslog
get_bowel_binaries_tarball
rsync -av 192.168.1.200::boot/i386/standard/boel_binaries.tar.gz /tmp
rsync:failed to connect to 192.168.1.200 : connection refused.

I have verified that the boel_binaries.tar.gz file exists. Does OSCAR create these files and folders  with the proper security settings for the clients to connect or do I have to change anything?

thanks
